Pineapple salsa chicken thighs. I've not done much cooking with the thigh, but this was fine. Would do again.

^ Chicken thigh meat is great!

Had a bacon burger for dinner. Also had some chopped lettuce (not on the burger).

Last night we had grilled boneless pork chops with caramelized onions, rice, and a green salad. Tonight my wife is making home made chicken tacos with rice and beans, good stuff.

General Tso's chicken and rice. This was a heat 'n' serve entree. Boy was it bad.

Bought a mini sandwich press at Walmart for $10 (including tax), and decided to cook my usual grilled cheese sandwich.

It tastes bloody good, although, I have to admit, perhaps the usual 3-cheese, 2-meat sandwich I take isn’t quite what the manufacturers had in mind, since it didn’t close entirely, but it still worked out fairly well. The only other drawback is that I still needed a cleaver to pull off the split (then again, Parmesan-encrusted bacon might have had something to do with it.)
