Took me a moment to figure out how the Cheater's Ring works. Love it. Could definitely do a harder mode with it.

With this in mind, Immortal is likely the better subclass.

Checking out the Mindweaver class which seems better than Mystic. Going Void Reaver sub.

What's also great is using the mod classes on companions. The mod adage provides renewed interest that might actually allow me to finish Act 3 and the game.

Watched some Youtube videos. Learned that diplomacy is the heart of the game. Awwww. But Hulk want smash!

I was going to use the party expansion mod, but it's a hassle to use. Besides, with the companions having the cheater ring, they're as godly as my main.

So, here's what I went went:

Me: Mind Weaver - Void Reaver
Gale: Mind Weaver - Astral Seer
Wyll: Warlock - The Dread Overlord
Astarion: Mystic - Order of the Soul Knife

The Mystic class was okay, but I think the mod needs to better construct the delivery of spells.

Therefore, I am getting into the Mind Weaver class.

Me: Forceblade
Shadowheart: Psionic Warden
Astarion: Void Reaper
Gale: Astral Seer

After watching some more videos, I think I finally understand what I'm supposed to be doing in Age of Wonders 4. That doesn't mean I'm successful, just less confused.

There's only one mod with a race that's not already available. It's gonna be weird to play it, probably, but I'll give it a chance.

Something I never noticed before regarding the male gnomes. The faces between subraces Rock and Forest are distinctly different. Whereas with other races, the faces remain the same between subraces.
