Roasted boneless leg of lamb, baby potatoes and Brussels sprouts.  Hungry Yummay!

Wife made about 12 pounds of pork roast as well. I'll have recon which days that's going to appear for dinner. I'll have to figure out what to do. I can't stand pork roast or chops. I usually make dinner, so I may "mistakenly" start something else.  Hehe
