T-bone steak and green beans. The steak was from Walmart, cooked sous vide. It didn't seem as good as the oven-cooked steaks from Cub. I'll try one oven cooked before drawing conclusions.

Braised chicken, mixed vegies. I need a bit more gut-fill. Time for for some lettuce, I guess.

Baked chicken breast with BBQ sauce. I used some hot paprika. Spicy!

Sockeye salmon off the grill, and corn from a can, as opposed to cob.

I eat mostly frozen veggies these days. Convenient and probably better for me.
