Two more days of frigid temperature and then it's gone.

It's freakin' cold. I think we have another day of it till things improve. Weather forecasts can't seem to decide if we are getting snow or not. One forecast says we will get snow from about 7-9 tonight which most likely means we will wake up in the morning to 7-9 inches covered with a layer of ice.
Or, it might be swimming weather in the morning. Plan for anything and everything. sigh (January 20, 2025 at 8:35 pm)arewethereyet Wrote: It's freakin' cold. NZ heat.
Kiwis are bitching about it. I'm from Oz, where this is mildly warm. Kiwis are wimps. Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???"
It's cold for us (32F right now, looking to drop to low-20s overnight) so I'm not going to complain given what y'all prairie folk are getting.
24C/16C which is a bit cooler than usual. The bay is around 18C (65F) which is kinda brrr.
It's cold enough outside that it's making it cold inside. It's days like this that I think about buying a space heater. I just feel like crawling under my blanket and ignoring everything.
