I grilled some boneless rib eye steaks and steamed some broccoli for dinner. Had a slice of sourdough bread (dry) to go with it. Yummay! Also, tossed some of the gristle to the dogs.

A high protein, high calorie bar. It's not awful...400 calories and the flavor is peanut butter and pretzel. A nice change from the chocolate caramel ones that I have on hand.

Still working hard to take in some calories with things that don't upset my stomach. These seem to settle okay for me.

Sardines in Louisiana hot sauce. These are Walmart's Great Value brand. As sardines go, these are very good. That they only cost a dollar is incredible. They're equal sardines costing quite a bit more.
