A baked potato. I bought some inexpensive butter spreaders off Amazon. Quite the change from a butter knife. Much better control.

Braised chicken, and I sliced some crook neck squash into quarters, length-wise. Haute-cuisine, for sure. I hold no hope that anyone else will prepare dinner, no matter how lazy I am about it.
