So, something I like to do for Ravinia is bake bread for the lawn shows. Things are a bit different this year, since Dad’s moved to a mostly carnivorous diet. It’s working out for him, and while I’m not joining him, I am exploring more protein-based foods.

So, the solution for us: Scotty’s Everyday Keto Bread Low Carb Mix. Admittedly, while I admit that I did kind of rush the baking (specifically the rising stage), it actually tastes pretty nice.

Hopefully, next time, I’ll figure out a way for it to not look like this:

(Note: in addition to not letting it rise as much as I should have, I seem to have put it in a loaf pan that’s a bit too big.)

Sockeye salmon and garlic green beans. My cooking was pretty sloppy today. It was still good, just overseasoned. This was Target's frozen salmon.
