I had pizza rolls earlier, trying to get rid of the excess junk in my freezers. I forgot that I had eaten, so I nuked a package of frozen gimbap just now.

Sriracha marinated butterfly shrimp. There wasn't much, if any, sriracha flavor, so I grabbed my bottle of cock sauce and used that for dipping. That was serviceable.

Pan fried steelhead trout with roasted potatoes and green beans in a rosemary butter sauce.

Turkey tacos. I don't think ground turkey is going to replace ground beef in my tacos anytime soon, but these weren't bad. Though they were also some very spicy tacos, which may have masked some differences.

Previously frozen mixed fruit chunks. I used to put frozen fruit in my overnight oats, but I'm no longer making overnight oats, so I had a few bags from Walmart leftover. They were out of the large bags at the time, so these are smaller bags that can be consumed in a single sitting. Not bad as a snack.

Chicken korma and rice.  This was based on Passage To India's korma sauce in a pouch.  I've never had authentic korma, so I don't know from authentic, but it had more depth and complexity than Aldi's korma sauce.  It was decent.
