Aldi's family-size lasagna. It's mostly noodles and sauce, but the taste is fine, and for under $6 you get enough food to feed several people.

Bibigo spicy bulgogi vegetarian gimbap and chicken flavored ramen noodles with habanero & lime (Samyang).

I bought a 50-ounce microwave ramen cooker for $10.  With the included strainer inserted, it's just large enough for two 6" blocks of ramen.  It seems servicable, though maybe no better than stovetop cooking.

Beef kabobs. I liberally coated these in spicy Montreal steak seasoning. That was a bit over the top.

I had some sliced turkey. My cat has a sixth sense about whenever I have cold cuts and she always runs out begging for a piece. She gets a little treat.

Softshell tacos. I'm trying out different packaged taco seasonings. I had settled on McCormick, but I tried El Paso Hot and Spicy, which was good, but when I tried it on ground turkey found it too spicy. I've got a couple of packages left, so I'll try it on ground beef again. This time I tried the Old El Paso original. It was a bit bland. But everything went wrong last night. The ground beef didn't smell right. The tortillas were starting to stiffen. And I picked the wrong cheese -- a triple blend of cheddar that tasted weird and totally unlike sharp cheddar. I'll have to do some reading, see what seasoning blends are most highly rated, and see what all is involved in making my own blend from scratch.
