Baked tilapia with pineapple-teriyaki seasoning. This seasoning has a bit of tang to it.
I bought a ceramic-coated quarter sheet baking pan for the air fryer. It worked fine, but the real test will be cleanup. The air fryer put a bit of crust on the fish, which was nice.

Baked Swai fillets. I think I prefer tilapia.
