It seems that in this time of global crisis, people are stampeding to an atheist website looking for answers, or maybe the website is under DDoS attack?

Oh, the irony. Our great exposer of conspiracy theorists posits we are under a DDoS attack. Hehe

If the same thing is happening to other atheist sites though, maybe there is something to it. Whatever the cause, the website is borderline useless right now.

I have been checking now and then when the Cloud Flare error pops up and each time the Googlemachine says there are intermittent issues with Cloud Flare.

Or it's because Lent is almost over and we are under attack.

The server load seesaws between a handful and several thousand. If those were legit people I'd expect them to be distributed a little more evenly throughout the day. That and I'd expect a few of these anonymous 'Guest' users to actually pop in and say "Hi!" sooner or later. It feels very much like a DDoS or a broken search bot.
