The truth is that Trump is already dead. He is basically a reanimated corpse at this point. His brain is long dead, his heart, his liver, and all his organs, including his skin. He's just pumped with a bunch of chemicals to make some twitches and noises, covered with paint to hide the color of his dead skin, and perfumed to somewhat cover the stench of his rotting body.

When: Mid Term elections night, November 2026.
How: Aneurysm while venting on "Truth Social" how the election was rigged against him

Repercussions: Some of his cultists will go full Jones Town, others will start further conspiracies and will blame the Dems. Vance will step up and fail spectacularly and will last be seen fleeing town with his favourite couch.
