And who is to decide which 'certain issues' are the ones giving the truth? If the bible is only inspired by god, why must you take the creation story so literally? Perhaps it was only meant to allegorically convey a message and not scientific truth?
Just some food for thought...
The creation story was written by Moses, the most holy profit of the old testimate. When God told Moses to write the Torah, he told him to use God's exact words. Other books of the bible are interpretations of events they witnessed. Now God still guided the writing but they are the prophets speaking. And Gc is not saying only certain parts of the bible are not important but he is saying the morals are applicable to To our "certain issues."
Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved home and the war's desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

Common apologetic argument.
I said it's all true if you are referring to me.

The bible is all true. But you have to read the context to see who's saying what and why.

What's a testimate?

Look all these false conclusions are based on questions you don't know the answers to so you jump to conclusions I get it. However I suggest that when you don't know the answer you do 2 things.
1. Look for the answer by reading further than the single verse you look at.
2. If you still can't find the answer, ask someone who will know it better. That can be a pastor, a theology professor or whoever you think knows the answer. You can even pray for the answer though I expect you won't do that. The last thing you should do though is jump to a radical conclusion to answer it yourself. Remember just because you don't know the answer doesn't mean someone else doesn't.
I must admit i don't know everything about God's word. The difference between you and me however is when I don't know the answer to the question I look for it. I don't come up with my own answers.

False conclusions? Is that aimed at me? I'm just asking questions...

The individual who is reading the passage will know what is meant for him/her, that's if they are really searching for God's truth in their lives.

Until you learn to spell correctly, yes.

Not spacifically it's generally aimed at most atheists here which is why I did not name anyone.

Give me a break I'm on my phone which doesn't have the best keyboard. I'm still getting used to it.
