I upload them to imgur.com and then copy and paste the BBCode. It's really fast and easy, no signup required.

If you're in the full editor (not the quick reply one), there's an icon you can click that looks like a mountain to embed a picture. You can also use the [img] tags (you'll see how they're used after you use the "mountain" icon).
