No, because of their groove metal elements and detraction from melody. It's the same with Pantera, and other related artists.
I honestly don't listen to much of anything that's newer than the Norwegian BM era. However, the veterans released good albums such as Obscura, PPPPPPPPPP (or whatever its called, by Arckanum), and Autopsy's latest album. Master and Enslaved released new albums that aren't bad either.
The younger bands have thoroughly disappointed me. Summoning is very good though.
