I agree with you it's nonsense, to actually believe in the founding fathers would be a delusion. Those word's and the constitution it's just there to make us feel happy. Todays world is far more progressive than the 18th century.

The constitution provides the legislature nececery for a functioning republic.
BUT! Amendments to the constitution were made to orginal document, showing clearly how it wasnt perfect and how progress was made through history.
A constitution doesnt give a fuck about how happy you feel.
It grants you right, which you can use or not use, one thing it is definatly not, is "a delusion".

Im english and like a the majority of english people i fucking HATE piers morgan, ive seen this interview before i saw this thread but i didnt even listen to the discussion i just enjoyed watching this guy going mental and shouting in piers morgans face i thought it was hillarious, i was hoping he would punch piers morgans nose and break it,

I think the whole 'debate' highlighted a lot of what's wrong in America: reasonable voices are being silenced by loud, obnoxious assholes.

Personally, I don't know enough about Piers Morgan to say one way or the other whether I like him or not. I've already known about Alex Jones, though, and I haven't liked what I've heard from the paranoid lunatic. I still remember him saying some absurd things about estrogen in the food supply turning America gay.
