If they had shared a lineage after that then I think genetically it would have been a possibility.

Bat wings use the same bones as human arms so yes it is possible if highly unlikely for humans to evolve bat wings at some point in the future.

I think fully-functional bat wings would probably be a neutral mutation for a human. True, they don't have much use (other than being epically cool), but they don't exactly inhibit the human or prevent it from living normally.
