he, ur god supposedly made us to his image...why arnt we invisable??

First, thank you for asking an intelligent question.

Look in a mirror. What do you see? Your image. Although it looks like the 3D world you know, it is a flat surface showing a nearly perfect rendition of your image. In reality, it is light reflecting. Look at a picture. Is it you or the 'image' of you.

Genesis 1:27

27 So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them.

With God's Word, there are multiple ways to see, but only one way that fits context. With most passages, there are ways of reading that reveal the person more than what is said. This is the nature of the image, or mirror of scripture. In many ways, you are seeing yourself in the image.

First, look close. You are in the image twice. First, you are 'inside' the image of God. Second, you ARE the image of God. You are then further defined as male and female. This description was in Genesis 1 by Elohim. It is not the creation of the Garden, or Adam and Eve. This is Adam as BOTH male and female. No restrictions to the garden. They were placed INSIDE an image. What is that Image? Think like a creator. If we had the potential to make Simulated characters with sentience inside a virtual reality, wouldn't we first design the landscape and archetypes first in a computer? The image here is the same. Where was that set of archetypes placed?

Colossians 1

15 The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. 19 For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, 20 and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.

THE SON. Who is the Son?

Luke 3 Genealogy

the son of Enoch,
the son of Jared, the son of Mahalalel,
the son of Kenan, 38 the son of Enosh,
the son of Seth, the son of Adam,
the son of God.

Son of God created Adam. Now, return to Genesis 2, after Elohim rests. Who does the creating of Adam, and splitting of the image in pairs in the water? LORD! Son of God, or the ARK (House of Seed). Bet Nun is the Son, or house of seed.

Look again at your image in the mirror. Is it you, or the image of you being cast into the hologram? Where are you? If this is not you, then what or who is the you casting that image?

Matthew 18

10 “See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.

You are the child below in the image. You are the Angel above facing your Father (God).

Thank you for asking a good question. I would reward you with chocolate, but we I only have this video.

More like a rebel against the theology box. God is trying to take us out of that box. You are picking up on the difference, not the motivation. I choose to see the ordinances of scripture by the symbols they paint and not the dogma the church observes as ritual. I attend a Baptist church. Do they realize that baptism has a meaning beyond the symbolic cleansing of the individual by God? Not a chance. This would contradict theology. I choose to look again, deeper into that water.

Many here choose to troll the thread rather than take an honest look at what is being said. This thread is not for them. It is for the silent observer who will never reply, but rather read the reflecting points on Google. By what the light reveals between light and dark, the truth will rise. Character matters if anyone here plans to take the high ground. Words, thoughts and deeds define the person.

What's in the well comes up in the bucket. People prefer clean water over polluted words.

As long as you fail to quote and reply to the OP, it's right up there at the top shining like a star. The first cussword or ad hominem attack a person reads, they will likely look for the old man behind the book avatar and keep reading the words of context. By that light, the truth of the matter rises. Aleph Bet has symmetry and consistency to the overall context of our world and reality. Dirty words engage disgust. Calling names invites loathing for those who choose to reflect their beliefs with a disregard for decency.

Again, the bucket brings up what's in the well. I'll just keep bringing up living water. It's what a thirsty soul desires.

The emeralds among the pegmatite will be what the true seeker will dig for.

"Be not arrogant because of that which you know; deal with the ignorant as with the learned; for the barriers of art are not closed, no artist being in possession of the perfection to which he should aspire. But good words are more difficult to find than the emerald, for it is by slaves that that is discovered among the rocks of pegmatite."

Back to the topic at hand.

Quotes:

Book of Jasher: 18 And their judges and rulers went to the daughters of men and took their wives by force from their husbands according to their choice, and the sons of men in those days took from the cattle of the earth, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the air, and taught the mixture of animals of one species with the other, in order therewith to provoke the Lord; and God saw the whole earth and it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted its ways upon earth, all men and all animals.

Luke 17:26 And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. (27) They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. (30) Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

“DNA is like a computer program but far, far more advanced than any software ever created.”
― Bill Gates, The Road Ahead

“The information contained in an English sentence or computer software does not derive from the chemistry of the ink or the physics of magnetism, but from a source extrinsic to physics and chemistry altogether. Indeed, in both cases, the message transcends the properties of the medium. The information in DNA also transcends the properties of its material medium.”
― Stephen C. Meyer, Darwinism, Design and Public Education

“There were long stretches of DNA in between genes that didn't seem to be doing very much; some even referred to these as "junk DNA," though a certain amount of hubris was required for anyone to call any part of the genome "junk," given our level of ignorance.”
― Francis S. Collins, The Language of God: A Scientist Presents Evidence for Belief

“Science has discovered that, like any work of literature, the human genome is a text in need of commentary, for what Eliot said of poetry is also true of DNA: 'all meanings depend on the key of interpretation.' What makes us human, and what makes each of us his or her own human, is not simply the genes that we have buried into our base pairs, but how our cells, in dialogue with our environment, feed back to our DNA, changing the way we read ourselves. Life is a dialectic.”
― Jonah Lehrer, Proust Was a Neuroscientist

"It is humbling for me and awe inspiring to realise that we have caught the first glimpse of our own instruction book, previously known only to God."
Dr Francis Collins, Human Genome Project

"Today we are learning the language in which God created life."
US President Bill Clinton

"We've now got to the point in human history where for the first time we are going to hold in our hands the set of instructions to make a human being."
Dr John Sulston, UK Sanger Centre

"The deciphering of the book of life, is a milestone in science."
French Research Minister Roger-Gerard Schwartzenberg
