WOW you didn't seem too brilliant from the beginning but this is unreal. So you conducted a survey study about a massacre from Russian soldiers who fought in Afghanistan and took their anecdotal accounts as evidence?
PM me if you know where this is from "...knees in the breeze" and don't look it up!!

Which is why I stated "In all wars there are massacres!"

All wars are horrible. I have met some Russian, and the demonize the West quickly. I am not sure why, but they believe their own government, and demonize any one else who believes in their own government.

I am not making situation which never occurred. I think it was well possible to kill bin laden without bombing half a country. Mossad does it all the time.

Really? you must have some amazing intelligence sources than. And, the rest of Al Qaeda? We kill the top guy and just let them be that's it, end of story? No one will ever replace him? Taking out the organization did call for an invasion.

I don't believe in my government I already said that soviet war in afghanistan is stupid. But you seem to justify decisions of your government while making russia look like mordor.

No, I am just stating state governments do thing that even their own citizens would not approve.

Just as we invaded Afghanistan, can you justify the invasion of Ukraine or Georgia in the Russian stand point? Probably, because your point of view is different.

Sorry, but what Soviets did to Afghanistan was brutal. They have scared this country for a long time.

Well Georgia attacked first if I am not being fooled by a conspiracy. And now I don't approve of everything my government does. I criticize it a lot.
So do you approve of war in Afghanistan or not?
Because Senshi for instance does. He thinks it was necessary. Do you agree with him?

I can approve the tactics up to a certain point. I do not have to agree with everything the war has come too.

Russia annex parts of Georgia and Ukraine. We are not annexing anything. We are leaving them in a better state, but the lack of education and progress has hinder this country.

Again you are trying to make the who situation black and white. The west is not as evil as profess by Eastern Governments/Individuals. Just I will not stated all of the Eastern Bloc countries as evil, but a gray (Both sides can learn from each other).

Things are not black and white.

At the time and with current intelligence more than likely.

Again, I do know what they had exactly, since I am not in that position. Remember, I am making a large assumption.

I am basing this in what I have read so far.

Do you support your country invading Ukraine, and would you do it if you where in Putin's position? Depends on what information you are given by subordinates.
