60 minutes past last edit time, I believe.

I've been on forums where annoying signatures + a chain of posts from the same user becomes rather annoying.

Sorry, my bad; I meant "yes you did", in the sense of "yes I agree you expressed your opinion". It didn't sound ambiguous in my head.
