When you say that you 'believe in aliens' what do you mean exactly?

I believe in aliens in that I think that its very unlikely indeed that we're the only intelligent life in the universe. (This assumes, of course, that we count as intelligent).

However, I don't think that aliens are visiting the earth, or kidnapping humans for exotic sexual experiments. Which is a shame really, since that'd be kinda fun (why don't they kidnap me? Angry). Nor do I believe that aliens are walking among us disguised as humans, and controlling the government. It just ain't plausible.

Imo its highly unlikely that we'll ever meet any aliens- the interstellar distances are just too great. At best, we might find evidence of their existence via something like SETI.

It's called "Great Britain" because it's the largest island of the British isles. It is the greatest land mass and so it's called "Great" Britain. Got nothing to do with greatness old boy. We lost that a good while ago.
