Debating with myself over whether this amazing "christian rewrite" of Harry Potter is for real or not.

I really want to live in a world where it is.

Why not.

They've rewritten their own "unchanging, holy word of god" book enough to suit themselves.

Going to Olive Garden shortly with friends...yay. I'm feeling better, and I'm looking forward to their soup and salad.

Disagree on the bread sticks: Eat as much salad and bread sticks as you can at the restaurant and take the entree home for breakfast, lunch and dinner the next day - they're big enough for three meals, after all. :p

About $15-20 for a bottomless dinner of salad and bread sticks, and about three meals the next day? That's a deal!

The content of it gets really, really suspect in places, though. Like how Harry's aunt and uncle are both atheists, and so there's like fifty references to "the Dawkins" in a few lines of dialogue. Or how the prose is just a bit too adjective-heavy to be a real person honestly trying to write a thing.

I want it to be legit, because then it's a peek into someone's truly ridiculous life, but at times it just reads like a Poe's handbook.

It was a naked female doctor wearing just an open lab coat, smiling insanely, and holding two VERY large needles.

I used to say it's how I distract patients.
