Many of us said the same thing when Barack was elected, twice! It took six years of Barack and the demshits before the voters finally realized that there was no hope for change on the way. Barack's foreign policy is weak. People aren't feeling his so-called economic recovery. Many are still either unemployed or under employed. Barack and the leftwing's, war on this, and war on that shit finally wore thin with the voters. People got tired of Barack playing the blame game and not taking responsibility for his own screw ups. The race card doesn't play out anymore either. We don't oppose Barack because he's black, we oppose Barack because he sucks at his job.

Their policies certainly make it look like they don't care.

When you have policies that are supposed to stop abuse in welfare spending but actually prevent people that really do need the help from getting it all the while not making a peep about all of the wasted billions spent on useless planes and bombs that just sit in warehouses, your priorities don't appear to be the people.

Minimum wage devastated the black community and other minorities. Its initial purpose was to keep the negros, redskins, and orientals from diluting the ability of the white man to command a living wage. Now people think minimum wage is designed to help the disadvantaged....but what it does is help the slightly disadvantaged at the expense of the more disadvantaged. Walk into a walmart and costco. The walmart employees look like they just got of the boat. The Costco employees look like more productive workers. If Walmart was forced to pay its employees the same wages as Costco....don't you think they would look for Costco caliber employees?

Someone with low skills who doesn't even speak english can get a job a walmart. They can work for a couple of years...increase their skills.....and then command a higher wage from a company like Costco. But if you make Walmart pay Costco wages...those low skilled workers won't even have a rung on the economic ladder upon which to take their first step.

Don't talk to me about policies which are supposed to help people but hurt them instead. The far left loves those kinds of policies.

I gave up on politics after the country rejected a good man for an incompetent narcissist in 2012.

Maybe the America is starting to wake-up, but it doesn't matter to me anymore. I'm doing the whole Atlas Shrugged thing and focusing on the things that are closest to me.

It's all the repubs seem to be able to do: interfere in peoples' lives and do whatever they can to stop Obama doing his job and repairing the economy.
