At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

While we were on the subject of avatars, I originally thought Stimbo's was the guy from the Blacklist, and then I looked a bit closer...

Not if I can help it: back home I've got a lot of musically inclined friends willing to jam with me, which is nice because I prefer live recordings. I've been restricted since moving away, but honestly I don't think it'd feel the same using a simulator after all the time I've spent working out music in a group like that. Big Grin

Hope Stimbo and Poet didn't double team you.

He'd be a much deeper shade of red if that happened.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

It was like a scene from ancient Rome,

CD got to say, "Et tu, Stimbo?"

And then the dagger plunged down.

Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni:

"You did WHAT?  With WHO?  WHERE???"
