Just off the top of my head...being able to keep track of the thoughts and feelings of 7 billion individual people, answer prayers, create the universe and the laws of phyics, shephard atoms to form planets and stars and galaxies, all whilst fighting the infinite armies of evil does not to me sound 'logically possible'. If he is able to do all this, he must therefore be omnipotent, or so damn close to it that 'a gnat's pube difference' doesn't even cover it.
So if he is omnipotent, why does he therefore choose to play these childish games with humanity?

It's like saying because God created this universe, he can make 1+1 = 3 or square triangles.

Logic is eternal, ultimate logic being God. The same is true Goodness. The same is true of love. The same is true of mercy.  The same is true of wisdom. God created the universe in truth, gave light to it through his name, and filled all things with foundations of his names, and is who the praise belongs to.

The laws of logic and the laws of morality are not created in us out of nothing but created from the very truth of himself.

Ugh, thanks for the sermon. You can answer the questions without fellating your deity.

Honestly I think philosophy prematurely leads to Atheism. With a little more deep thought and higher reflection, then Theism is reached. And I say Theism, and not Deism.

Perhaps. But education and logical thinking generally leads to atheism. Then the road pretty much stops.

The education right now. But who says the education right now is the best?

Trusting all knowledge we have and not wanting to exchange it for a higher knowledge is a dangerous road.

I agree with you but we will see what the future holds.

Thanks for trying to answer, but what you said made no sense to me. I'll leave the discussion for now Smile

We generally don't trust all knowledge we have, only that which consistently holds up to scrutiny and experimentation. 'Higher knowledge' as you call it is extremely interchangeable with 'wishful thinking', and nothing we have yet discovered has given any credence to it.
Know what I call a dangerous road? Clinging to an outdated 1500 - year - old collection of stories as the world turns and changes around you.
