Well, you can't be from America, or you would not be dumbfounded by the depths of stupidity one all too often finds here.  You obviously should get out more into the world, away from your brilliant rocket scientist colleagues, and see what the world is really like.  Though on the other hand, maybe you had better not, if you want to avoid a drinking problem, as the desire to drink very heavily will be upon you if you do so.

Chlamydia outbreaks hits nearly 10 percent of small Texas school in district with no sex-ed policy

Officials from the Crane Independent School District confirmed to KWES that the state health department was sending a letter to Crane High School parents informing that at least 20 cases had been reported. The school has an enrollment of about 300 students.

In 2012, the district’s School Health Advisory Committee had recommended Scott & White’s “Worth the Wait” Abstinence Plus curriculum if a sexual education policy was adopted.
