Personally I credit the internet for a small but important part in bringing the questions chanted by the LG community and the progressives to confront the theistic bigots and their hereto unquestioning apathetic tide. We changed hundreds of thousands, if not millions of minds within a generation! If we will continue to use the same methods of intellectual confrontation and mockery, we will hammer away at silly superstitions and their evil bigotry, forcing religion into a dustbin or forcing it to morph into safe philosophical clubs.

I think it's pretty awesome that I have gotten to live through two major historic events in the past two decades.
A man of color has held the office of the presidency of the USA (for TWO terms), and now gay marriage has been universally protected as a national civil right.
Not only two major historical events, but also two positive steps towards freeing ourselves from the underlying primitive religious notions that have plagued this country for so very long. Fucking cool man!

Its about time this country does something right. I'm proud for every LGBTQA+ person out there. People deserve their rights and seperation of church and state. Marriage equality is a civic thing. Still waiting for that pastor to sent himself on fire. Hes not going to get anywhere though
