Dayum, Parker - that food porn is making me hungry. Those steaks look omnomnomilicious.

I don't have a grill, but made some nice rib eyes a few days ago with mushrooms. Yum though. Love flame grilled. Drooling over here. :-)
Yer killin' me, Parker.
Too true, I was wrong. :-)
And it looks tasty too! RE: What are the best BBQ foods ever? Let's make the perfect barbecue.

Lamb shoulder chop, marinated in a merlot and done rare, accompanied by a baked potato with butter, sour cream, and fresh green onions, and a portabella mushroom stuffed with campari tomatoes, red onion, diced garlic, zucchini, topped with gouda cheese. Lamb was cooked over mesquite lump charcoal, the sides done in the oven, washed down by a black-and-tan.
Goddamn, it's hittin' the spot.
Not BBQ, but just did lamb rib and shoulder chops with salad and corn on the cob for me and Kitty's 16 year old son. I would have taken pics, but it's all gone, man. Delicious.
Been on this board for a few years now, I think anyone who has read my standard welcome knows my favorite BBQ.

Pork ribs.
Keeps the muslims away, too! |
