po po = female stuff between legs, where babies pop out (po po is pronounced poe poe) It might be a regional colloquialism? Po po 'works' better than twat, snatch, cunt, box, or pussy in most cases 
I suppose in my region in English it just means the police. The closest thing I've heard in reference to pussy is peepee.
If you come in the house screaming you hurt your po po while playing softball with Lucy and Peppermint Patty, I wouldn't immediately conclude you had errantly brained a cop with a thrown bat.
