Made some popcorn. Haven't had any in a while and had a craving. It's pretty good.

Did you space out on lunch today? Do you have a lot of deli meats, shredded cheese, and Wasa crisp breads?
Gentlemen, Behold! The Wasa Pizz-wich.

How to make it is pretty simple:
1) Lay six Wasa crisp breads on a plate (2x3)
2) Cut two slices of deli meat (in my case, rotisserie chicken) and bacon into tiny pieces. How tiny doesn’t really matter, as long as you can spread slices across the six crisp breads.
3) Put meat and bacon into bowl and add a fistful each of Parmesan and cheddar cheeses.maybe add a bit more of each if you think there needs to be more.
4) Mix the contents of the bowl, and then spread it relatively evenly across the crisp breads.
5) Microwave for 1:15.
6) Enjoy, and maybe separate each crisp bread, break them in two so it looks like a sandwich and then enjoy!

It may not be the most nutritious, but it’s at least filling and easy to make. Maybe cut an apple or two as a side.

Had a starch and sugar craving last night----

A favourite frozen pizza brand . As I was going to have the oven on, I also took out some frozen puff pastry and made an apple pie first. I ate 1/4 with ice cream. The rest is frozen. Piggy.

Cooking chili from a soup mix. Of course, I added so many extra ingredients that it would overflow the pot, so I had to move it to a bigger cooker.
