Buffalo chicken wings. I was a bit heavy-handed with the salt, but they were damn good. The sauce was a $2.69 generic sauce from Cub. It was perfect.

Pork chops, mashed taters and gravy, and southern style green beans.

I hadn't heard of southern-style green beans. That sounds lovely.

Pretty simple but tasty.  Green beans...however you want them, canned, frozen, fresh, some crumbled bacon, a little butter, minced onion, salt, and pepper to taste.  Cook them slowly so all the flavors blend.  Almost everything is better with bacon.

Making overnight oats for four days and munching on kimchi pickles. I'm going to hang onto the leftover juice. It seems too good to waste.

I've got shrimp tikka masala and rice planned for later.

Cooked up a big batch of bacon. Make some scrambled eggs and hash browns. Pretty tasty and I have plenty of bacon left to have breakfast sandwiches for the next couple days.
