Ricotta cheese & spinach ravioli in vodka arrabbiata pasta sauce.

The ravioli was from Whole Foods. A bit expensive, but it tasted good. I got it a little chewy tonight and the ravioli squares are smaller than typical frozen ravioli which I didn't expect.

Fettuccine Alfredo and Parmesan encrusted chicken. The sauce was Trader Joe's black truffle Alfredo sauce. It was interesting. It was sweet and reminded me of eggnog.

Linguine and shrimp in a goat cheese sauce at arguably the best Greek restaurant near us. It's been hit and miss over the years, tonight they hit it out of the park.
