I have always liked quesadillas but with this new air fryer, I have become completely addicted. I have an idea to add a little extra flavor to the next one I make. They have become my go-to food. That, and using the tortillas on hand to make breakfast burritos.

I prefer to make mine on a dry cast iron griddle - no added fat, and they are crispy and delicious.
