Now I'm confused!
As she described it, a psycopath has no moral compass, enjoys the pain of others and receives four times the normal chemical reward response. A sociopath just has a moral compass pointing in the wrong direction.
Could you clarify which of those is correct, and what (if anything) the other condiction would be called?
