Well, preferably in the First World. But I am more concerned with where I'm going to make my studies abroad, right now, I'm not looking that far ahead as to think about where I want to spend the rest of my life. I want to go to a good university, within my own possibilities, so I can grow from there.

Nevertheless, LP, Google is not a person, and there's way too much to research on the topic. I prefer asking real people, with real experiences and knowledge about the world they live in.
Of course, I will and already have consulted google on the topic. This is not something to ignore altogether.
A smart person as you are should be able to get any university out there. Unless you are dumb like like me and have to pay for it.
There's all kinds of smart. And even so, not necessarily. The system is fucked where I'm from, so it's more about connections, money and luck, when you get right down to it, not so much about smarts. And the way lower education is here, you're not really incentivized to learn all that much either, and it's really shit anyway, so... But yeah, basically, I have to pay for it, I think. I haven't applied anywhere yet, so I don't know, but there's no shortcut for me in sight.
