OP: I think you are asking this mainly to christians, but just for the heck of it, here is the hindu version
1) Am I going to hell? (based off of the sole fact that I am an atheist)
A: Depends on your actions(karma). Paap(bad actions) and Punya(good actions), you get to go to both hell(naraka) and heaven(swarga) in one single afterlife, and then after visiting both places you could be reborn/reincarnated based on your purification level. Yes, it's a bit more complex than that with multiple different layers and types of hell/heaven, but that is supposedly the basic flow of life to afterlife.
2) Why?
A: Because of your karma(actions).
3) Do I deserve it as much as a rapist/ serial killer/ pedophile/ molester?
A: Maybe, maybe not, it depends on your crime and how much you repented in this lifetime.
4) Does a single unrepented/unforgiven sin = Eternal torture?
A: In hinduism, it never is eternal no matter what you did, the longest is around 10,000 years I think (the time varies with the different "yugas").
5) Why do other people of your same faith disagree with your answers to those questions.
A: They do? damn heathens! DIE!!!!!
