I had also brought that one up on another thread here some time ago. I love St Francis of Assisi. So glad to have a pope who tries to emulate him.
I suppose I should say Saint Joan of Arc is also tied in first place on my favorite saints list.
I chose her as my confirmation saint because she also was a big animal lover, and she was just.... badass. No other way to say it.
