Of course. I'm talking more about how some people act when in public. (Again, I'm not accusing anyone here of doing this). They can show no regard whatsoever for the wellbeing of others, to the point where other people may as well not exist to them. They couldn't care less how the actions of their children impacts anyone else for example.
I was probably exaggerating, it's not loads of people who act this way, only a small minority in fact. The times when it does happen tend to stick out in my memory.
Oh, I get what you're saying there. If your kid is a screaming banshee, don't inflict him upon the unsuspecting public.
