Considering how much money and time the artist put into the first one... that would be probably be cruel to ask of him. It isn't published online as of today, to the extent of my knowledge on the subject (reinforced by a number of google searches this time, yay!!!!)... though whether or not it is in development I don't have anything I would call reliable enough to pass judgement upon.
