There you can see a list of options available to you in order to be warned or, even better, banned. So, now you can know what to do to achieve the results you desire.
The thing is I didn't need a cheat sheet for those other sites, I managed it all through my own hard work and ingenuity.
Some sites have more stringent requirements than others. Given the amount of time you have been here and your lack of progress, it seems that you may need a "cheat sheet"* this time. If they did not want you using it, they would not put it up. So you ought not feel guilty about using it this time.

But it is not impermissible to refer to the list to guide your posts. Many sites actually actively encourage doing that. So feel free to use the list of rules with impunity.
