The problem? I think the problem is the water. There may be discrimination against Christians, but there again there is discrimination against muslims elsewhere. But if you can find any evidence (other than a one-liner on a US Christian website offering prayers) that the DEC partners discriminate against Christians in Pakistan you should present it.
