@CL: You said you're not secular. This would mean you're against the separation of church and state. Is that the case? I suspect you may be mixing up atheism with secularism.

I think the objections have been pretty much covered already. Basically the human is taking advantage of the animal if they are starting or luring the animal into sexual things. We (should have) a responsibility to look after animals, and the fact that we understand what's going on a lot more than they do means they are relying on us. So just simply saying "no harm" is a misrepresentation of what is happening.

For the "Well what about [other things we do to animals]", that doesn't work on me at all because I disagree with all those things too. I try to give animals the same amount of respect as humans wherever possible, and I don't do (or pay others to do) anything to an animal I wouldn't do to a human, as far as is practically possible.
