How hard is it for a ref to stick a pressure guage in EACH ball as it enters the field for play? Takes what, 3 seconds?
Heisenberg noted measuring something invariably changes it.
Also, the more precisely the pressure inside the ball is known, the more uncertain it's location on the field becomes.
