I don't feel like looking it up right this second, but I remember hearing a couple of years ago about a study that found oxygenation levels in the blood directly impacted the frequency and power of female orgasm, that FO was inhibited by levels of stress and tension, and that the same stress-chemicals which inhibited orgasm were dissipated by laughter (the physical effect of which oxygenates the blood, as well).
The lesson I got was, 1) learn what her main stress factors are and fix them (guys love to "fix" things!), typically involving doing more than your usual share of chores and making sure there are no stress-inducing or thought-distracting features in the house and especially the room (if she's looking at the dust on the ceiling fan and thinking about having to clean that, later, she's not going to Get There easily), 2) music and massage to relax her as much as possible and de-escalate the daily stresses, which includes the negative body-image most women have, so I like to find features I've learned she dislikes about herself (a little investigation into the products she is buying to "fix herself", according to what the advertisers tell her is wrong with her) and compliment them specifically and playfully, then 3) be playful in the foreplay, from tickles to talk, such that the sex becomes fun, rather than a solemn affair.
How to ruin sex? Pretend your woman is like every other woman, approach sex like your penis is a magic Wand of Orgasm as depicted in porn, and pay no attention to the fact that she is less able to disconnect herself from her brain than you are during sex (fMRI studies have indicated that orgasm for women is a "whole brain" effect for women, whereas for men it's limited to a few regions, and the rest of the brain largely shuts down, so to speak).
A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost
I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.
