I'm not sure what the problem is. If you want to read the bible...read the bible. If you want to "give it another try" give it another try.....whatever "it" is. If you see or experience things on the periphery of religious belief that's fairly common and not really indicative of some dire problem. Happens to plenty of folks, of every religious perversion. Some buddhists see Buddha, some wiccans see the goddess, and some people see christ....they see christ in the air, in the tufts of fur on a dogs anus, in the swirls of soap drying on a building's s. facing windows.....between the burnt margins on the buttered side of their toast.
