Foul language
Disrespecting of ANYONE's faith or non-faith
Blasphemous memes
Personal attacks
Vulgar avatars (your own, for example)
You know...the kind of stuff that would get you fired if you said or did any of it at work.
Newsflash, this isn't work. This forum has very few rules, and that is the beauty of it.
And I have no problem with disrespecting anyone's ideas. I respect your right to have a set of beliefs. The beliefs themselves are not something to be respected. I respect your right to express your ideas not not necessarily the ideas themselves. That depends on the quality of the ideas.
Complaints about blasphemy are really nothing more than attempts to shelter ideas for criticism or to protect the feeling of people who hold those ideas. No ideas deserve such protection.

NONE of that will happen, of course.
No, absent violation of the rules, we don't ban anyone.

Higher level? You mean where one person: posts a long quote from someone else; ignores any real criticism of it except to reiterate the OP or to say he's already refuted that elsewhere (usually without a link); and then declares victory?
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
