It wouldn't be nice coming from anyone, gay or straight, man or woman, because I'd wonder why they'd felt the need actually come out and say that they thought I was repulsive... it's not the polite thing to do so I'd probably take it as an insult. But in general it doesn't matter to me at all whether someone fancies me or not because I think there are enough 'types' in the world to mean that pretty much everyone will be fancied by someone. So basically some do, some don't and that's just the way it is, but no big deal.
