Yeah, guys, about this. It's not like calling customer service and getting no answer; you don't have to hang up and redial. You hit that button, tell us why and then submit. That logs a report that we can investigate and sets off an alert banner to get our attention. We're not always going to jump straight away - the ivory tower in which we sit spans several time zones and we do have real lives - and we almost never give a callback to the reporter unless something very unusual is going on.
