Sex abuse: Denmark vs. USA

Sex abuse: Denmark vs. USA
In 1969 Denmark became the first (and only) country anywhere in the world to fully legalise pornography. All throughout the 1970's classic porn was legally made in Denmark. Color Climax Corporation has since said they always had a strict policy of only using adults in their pornography. Other pornographers of the age were not so ethically-guided and decided they would invent a new genre of porn: child pornography. Denmark also invented bestiality.

The USA has invented violent porn. They've gotten away with filming rape and selling it.

To try and deny that rape takes place during pornography shoots is disingenuous - it's been proved. For example, from 2004-2007 Bakky Visual made, sold, and marketed 16 pornographic movies. During the production of their 17th film, one victim escaped the scene and phoned police. The police came, arrested the pornographer and subsequently several rape charges were laid. It is now near-universally acknowledged that all 17 of their films depict actual rape, and that victims had been tricked into believing that the contracts they had signed waived their rights to claim they were raped.

This is not unique to pornography - all sex workers face the threat of rape, and we know for a fact that prostitutes very rarely report being raped. The reasons why include that they fear being fired from the brothel if they do. Knowing this we should assume that sex workers in the USA who are working for pornographers would also be less likely to report rape if they fear repercussions from pornographers (not being able to get work in the future, etc).

Let's contrast Japan with USA. As I mentioned, ALL Bakky Visual movies are now considered depictions of rape, although it was only proved for one of the 17 movies. In the past I have posted a video of Paul Little saying "I prefer to work with brand new girls because they haven't learned to say 'no'". In no uncertain terms he feels it's his right to abuse and humiliate women - and film it and sell it on the internet. In 2009 he was gaoled. Here is one woman recounting her experience with him (notice just how little seriousness is given to it):

In any case, one of his videos was found to be - to the satisfaction of the court - obscene. Yet the remainder of his videos - including those who've later said they were raped - remain freely available for anyone to watch.

Denmark admitted their mistake. From Jan 1 1980 the production or distribution of child porn was formally banned.

Japan also acted on the pornographers involved with the Bakky videos - some of them receiving 18 years in gaol on rape charges.

USA sentenced Little to less than 3 years gaol and seized his domain, but none of his other rape videos were taken away.

Furthermore, you only have to do a a quick, discrete, google-search to reveal that loud-mouth yanks are saying the 2007/9 rulings were "ridiculous", and saying of the "Jesse Jane" scene (the one that got him convicted) that "she knew what she was doing" and "what a great scene" etc. The reason why he was convicted is because even in his own edited video of the scene "Jane" says "stop" and he doesn't.

Rape-fantasy porn is illegal in all of the civilised world anyway. The USA doesn't realise that - and continues producing it just like Denmark producing the 1970's child porn for the whole world to "enjoy".

Perhaps more importantly is that Little has never been formally charged with rape - this despite the lengths that Sweden/UK have gone to to try and charge Assange with trumped-up rape charges ... but several people have reported Little for rape and he has never been charged for rape!

The WIN/Gallup End of Year Survey 2013 found the US was perceived to be the greatest threat to world peace by a huge margin, with 24% of respondents fearful of the US followed by: 8% for Pakistan, and 6% for China. This was followed by 5% each for: Afghanistan, Iran, Israel, North Korea. -LINK

"That's disgusting. There were clean athletes out there that have had their whole careers ruined by people like Lance Armstrong who just bended thoughts to fit their circumstances. He didn't look up cheating because he wanted to stop, he wanted to justify what he was doing and to keep that continuing on." - Nicole Cooke
